A semi dry blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, on American & French oak. The current release is a blend of the 2005,2006,2007,2008 & 2009 harvests. MOST IMPORTANTLY and QUITE UNUSUALLY the slight residual sugar in this signature blend is the natural unfermented sugar of the grapes used in the wine.
