Information and Pictures From Our Mountaintop Vineyards

We have two vineyards in Windham at 2000 & 2200 feet elevation above sea level, These elevations make us the highest
elevation vineyard in the Northeast. Our vineyards slope to the East & South East, capturing the powerful morning sun.

Bright sunny days which turn into cool chilly nights bring our grapes to slow ripeness, bringing intense fruit character
and crisp acidity to our wines. We wait until the very end of the season before we pick the grapes.

Pressure from birds and deer has been intense. 2007 saw the installation of perimeter deer fencing. Bird nets are dispensed
over the rows of vines giving us "zero" bird pecked fruit. Our fruit arrives at the crush pad in premium condition.

An annual production of approximately 16 tonnes of fruit produces estate grown white, rose and red wines.
